Custom laser welding of metal
Laser welding is a process of joining metal parts using a laser beam, which is widely used in such industries as automotive, aviation, shipbuilding, and medicine. This method allows you to create strong and reliable connections between metal components.
The principle of operation is based on concentrated laser beam energy that melts metal and joins parts. Laser welding provides high speed and precision, which is especially important for avoiding material deformation and achieving excellent joint quality. The advantages of this method include high precision, the ability to work with thin and complex elements, and minimal metal deformation. However, it should be noted that laser welding requires special equipment and skills, and can be more expensive compared to traditional methods.Laser welding is actively used in the production of metal structures, machine parts and other products that require precise and reliable joints.
ALMAS requirements for metal welding drawings:
The drawings sent to us must be in electronic form, created in programs such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks or KOMPAS 3D. The formats we accept are DWG, DXF or PDF.Be sure to indicate the scale of the parts on the drawings. All curved parts must have closed contours constructed from the correct segments and arcs. The drawings should not contain splines, ellipses, or intersections, and the use of dimensional and axial lines is not allowed.Specifications that do not meet these requirements will be modified by our design department free of charge and adapted for our production. This is only possible if you place an order with us.
