How the lavash production line is arranged
The equipment consists of several machines. The dough prepared in the kneading machine is fed to the extruder, where it is cut into portions of the required size. Then, the semi-finished products are fed to a rolling machine. The dough is rolled out to the required thickness and cut according to a given pattern. The quality of the finished lavash directly depends on the thickness to which the dough is rolled out. A.L.M.A.S. produces a lavash production line that allows rolling out dough into semi-finished products with a thickness of 0.3-1 mm. The rolled dough is fed into a lavash oven. Tunnel-type ovens are used for baking. They ensure high productivity and product quality. After that, the lavash line feeds the pastries into a humidifier, where the lavash is sprinkled with water, cooled and transported for packaging.
